Mike Heisinger

Chief Financial Officer

Born and raised in Carmel, Mike is a 5th generation California Central Coast-resident. He graduated from Chico State, majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis on Financial Management. After working in cost accounting for the State of California and then for a custom grower in Salinas, he joined Ippolito in 2011. With the creation of Queen Victoria Farms he began managing all general accounting functions for growing and harvesting.As Ranch Account Manager he oversaw government compliance & regulatory issues, equipment purchasing and financial negotiations. In 2018, Mike was promoted to Chief Financial Officer where he oversees financial planning, management and reporting. Mikes appreciates Ippolito for its family-oriented focus. He also loves working in the produce industry: along with working with great people, Mike thinks it’s amazing to travel and see Salinas-grown produce on store shelves all over the world. In his free time Mike enjoys traveling and being outdoors with his family.
