Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper Brussels Sprouts Chips
Walk right past the chip aisle and cruise into the produce section to pick up the ingredients to make this crisp and salty snack that’s perfect for movie night.
Ingredients
- 6 cups Brussels sprout leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp each sea salt and cracked pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together Brussels sprouts leaves, oil, salt and pepper.
- Arrange on foil-lined baking sheet in single layer; roast, tossing once halfway, for about 15 minutes or until browned and crisp. Let cool completely. Serve within 2 hours.
Notes
Tip: Serve with a thick and creamy Caesar or ranch salad dressing for dipping if desired.
