Jose Fonseca

Harvesting Manager

Jose came to live in the United States from Mexico when he was one year old. After graduating from high school and attending college he entered the produce business as a truck driver. He moved into quality control and then harvesting in 1992, joining Ippolito in 2009 as Harvesting Manager. Jose spends the majority of his day monitoring the planting and harvesting of Ippolito’s major commodities and communicating with sales on updates from the fields. His favorite part of his job is looking at the fields every morning as well as working with his co-workers and the sales team. He enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.
